Bookkeeping (up to two bank accounts and 250 transactions a month)

That's right, we cover the hiring and expense of bookkeeping for our partners if they don't have quality bookkeeping services. Our expert bookkeepers not only generally lead to more profit for our partners but with the elimination of this cost, our partners find we quickly pay for ourselves. 

M&A Services 

Whether you are looking for the best possible exit, looking to take on a major investor, or you are looking to grow through acquisitions, Kingsbridge at its core is an elite M&A brokerage and when you have a partnership with Kingsbridge, we conduct these life changing deals at no further cost or compensation! 

Legal Hourly Credits with MLK (based on size of company)

As a business grows, they realize their need for a great business legal representation. This may mean getting a business lawyer for the first time or upgrading from the lawyer you have been using. We will pay for legal hours (based on the size of the company) with the very same lawyers Kingsbridge uses and recommends to clients doing hundreds of millions in deals.

One of the realities of business leadership is that much of the time you are lonely, unable to relate to 'normal' people, or all of your social and networking interactions of either trying to get money from you, or you are trying to get money yourself. Our Teir Two Partnership program offers all of the above world-class services that a tier one partnership provides but then takes our partnership to a whole other level with much more management type involvement. 

Hiring/Firing 

The most uncomfortable part of being a boss is having to hire and fire. We take the delivery of these life changing proclamations off your hands. Not only does ease the stress on company leadership but it also provides a level of protection and separation between the employee and company leadership. While we don't recruit, we work with internal HR and external staffing agencies to make hiring decisions if desired. 

Deal Making Services (10% commission on deal value)

Sales bring in revenue, deals bring in growth. Deals are agreements, massive sales, partnerships and other moves that propel the business forward with every deal signed. Most businesses have no staff assigned to sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals. We seek out those opportunities for our partners and even assist in negotiating those deals that come to our partners organically. 

Assignment of Tasks to Employees

Businesses find it a challenge to assign tasks to employees. Too often the familiarity between leadership and the staff creates a slow, or even none, responsive workforce. This leads to a lack of productivity and confusion which, when unchecked, spirals into a seemingly every breaking down of effective task completion. Kingsbridge can take the objectives of the organization's leadership and convey tasks and instructions to the employees, either directly or via management channels, to increase productivity and results. 

Instructions to contractors and suppliers based on ownership-given directives

Dealing with suppliers and vendors can take time away from more important duties for big and small companies alike. Since Kingsbridge is advising leadership already regarding monthly goals and objectives, we can clearly communicate needed information to and from all suppliers and vendors.

Communication and expectations relayed to company management.

Just like with communication between leadership and employees can be at times better handled by a third party, so too can communication between leadership and management. As a matter of fact it can be very beneficial to have Kingsbridge convey not only instructions but strategy and expectation to a company's management staff. 

Sales Training and Tracking 

Once a company has its brand and marketing strategy the next most important element of income creation is sales training and (often overlooked) sales tracking and accountability. Kingsbridge is world famous for our sales training, eliminating the need for 'cheesy' sales tactics and objection countering. Our belief-based sales training can rapidly increase sales and with our wonderful tracking methods a sales team can experience solid growth and improvement. 

Preparing budgeting and projections w/accounting team

Most companies in the size demographic we are looking for tend to have poor quality, or in many cases, no existing budgeting and financial projections. Many businesses have their taxes done every year or quarter, they have their balance sheets and income statements done every year or quarter, but beyond that the financial strategy and management is done 'as needed' and 'on the fly.' This is hugely detrimental to a company's health and extremely limiting to leaderships ability to create substantial wealth from their business endeavors. We work with our clients to develop financial projections, budgets, goals, and capital strategy. 

Each partnership is individually offered and accepted. Complete scope of services, duties, and compensation will be outlined in the agreement and presented by a Kingsbridge representative.
